Mo headed to Murray
Pinckneyville High School senior Meredith “Mo” Ramsey signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball at Murray State University in the Fall of 2011. Mo is pictured with her parents, Randy and Deb Ramsey of Pinckneyville, her recent coaches Scott Bridges of the Southern Express, Greg Hale, Lady Panther Coach through Mo's junior year; Mike Cheek, current Lady Panther Coach, and Panther co-athletic directors Tod Rushing and Bob Waggoner. Ramsey was the most valuable player for the Lady panthers in 2010. She also topped the school’s all-time hitting list in various categories including hits (60), RBIs (60), doubles (21) and batting average (.500), on her way to her third straight year on the River-to-River Mississippi Division all-conference softball team.
