Anna-Jonesboro outscored Chester 30-14 in the second half to pull away for a 60-37 victory Tuesday night in SIRR Mississippi girls basketball action.

Chester was outscored in every quarter and trailed 30-22 at the break.

Rachel Hayden scored 20 points to lead Anna-Jonesboro.

Hilary Best finished with 12 points to pace the Chester attack, while Jordan Clendenin added seven.

With the loss, Chester fell to 5-19 overall and 0-9 in conference play.
