Trico outscored Chester in every quarter including 10-3 in the fourth for a 37-21 win in the girls basketball conference opener for both teams Monday night.
The Lady Pioneers led 8-4 in the first and 15-10 at the half.
Rebecca Dilday led Trico with nine points and Jordan Lodge had seven.
For Chester, De’Na Nesbitt scored 10 points.
Trico improved to 2-2 on the season and 1-0 in the Black Diamond, while Chester dropped to 2-2 and 0-1 in the conference.
