In a battle of winless SIRR Mississippi teams, Anna-Jonesboro jumped out to a 20-point first quarter lead and coasted to a 75-48 victory over Chester Friday night.

Chester fell behind 28-8 in the first quarter and trailed 53-19 at halftime.

The Chester offense was led by Zach Lochhead with 14 points, while Carlo Marconi added 12 and Jeremy Woodward finished with 11.

With the loss, Chester dropped to 3-9 overall and 0-4 in the conference.
