Sparta outscored Anna-Jonesboro in every quarter en route to a 60-48 win Friday night for the Bulldogs first conference win of the season.

The Dawgs led 21-12 at the end of the first and 31-21 at the intermission. Sparta went onto outscore Anna-Jonesboro 14-13 in the third and 15-14 in the fourth for the 12-point win.

Dartanus White led Sparta with 18 points, while London Oliver added 13 and Maurice Austin had 11.

Sparta improved to 6-2 overall and 1-1 in the SIRR Mississippi Division.
