Michael Lloyd made a game-winning jump-shot with just three seconds left in the game to give Marissa-Coulterville a 58-56 victory over Steeleville Tuesday night in Cahokia Conference Kaskaskia Division action.
Steeleville led 12-10 at the end of the first quarter and held a slim 24-22 advantage at halftime.
The Meteors battled back to outscore the Warriors 18-15 in the third and 18-17 in the fourth for the two-point win.
David Parkinson led Marissa-Coulterville with 16 points, while Joey Smith had 15 and Lloyd finished with 12.
Colin Smith scored 15 points to pace Steeleville, while Andrew Pokrzywinski had 12 and Nick Potter added 11.
