The Yellow Jackets trailed 18-17 at the end of the first quarter but battled back to hold a 33-29 lead at the break.
Agape Christian outscored Chester 13-11 in the third and 18-11 in the fourth for the five-point win.
David McNeil scored 21 points to pace Agape Christian, while Justin Woodward led Chester with 15 points and Zach Lochhead added 11.
With the loss, Chester dropped to 6-13 overall on the season.
